By day 28 you will only need to add a TRX, gym rings, dumbbell or pull up bar to complete the rest of the program.

FAQ's

Lasting change takes time. There is strong evidence to support that habits take longer to build than 30 days, contrary to what most gurus tell you (to sell you something).

That’s why we give you 66 days to immerse yourself in the journey, a lot of our customers repeat programs 3-4 times to get the maximum benefit.

The bodyweight workouts are sent directly to your inbox if you want to try before you buy.

Each day you will receive a new workout or piece of content to help you think less and move more.

To access the kettlebell, running and other journeys you must join 66 for a 12 week program here or our Habits Academy for ongoing access.

Nothing for the email only workouts.

If you’d like to upgrade, select your journey for a one off cost or join us in our Habits Academy for ongoing access.

For the bodyweight program you do not need equipment for the first 28 days. After that you will need a TRX, gym rings, pull-up bar or dumbbells/kettlebells. 

A trigger point ball and foam roller is recommended to help avoid injury for all programs.

You will need at least one kettlebell for KB66 but we recommend multiple sizes. 

The running program can be done with bodyweight only but dumbbells or kettlebells are recommended.

All programs are scalable for your level with instructions and tutorials.

You will also receive detailed screening and assessment resources when you first join. 

Most workouts are 30-60minutes long including the warm ups. You will get given a mission or “challenge” workout once a week to push a little further if you are on a 66 journey. 

By signing up you receive detailed screening and assessment resources. 

We can adjust your program inside the app if you’re not ready for an intensive program.

If you’re new to training we provide full and detailed tutorials on how to complete the exercises safely.

We also provided detailed screening and assessments to make sure you stay injury free as part of the journey.
