Meet Brad.

Brad came off his bike at 180km/h (100m/h)

The doctors said he’d never ride again. They were even surprised he survived. The physiotherapists also said they could no longer help him.

He was still in pain and wanted to find a solution.

Over time Brad followed this exact process and rebuilt his body, got back to activity and rediscovered pain free movement.

He still rides his bike, enjoys playing with his son and works six days per week. We stopped working together 5 years ago.

There was the 66 coach and 66 community support, guidance and visibility which gave you an honest view that we are not professional athletes and they in fact started small and worked hard. HOW IT WORKS:

STEP 1.

TESTING

We test with a simple movement screen. This will show you the improvement in your mobility, stability and fundamental movement skills over the 28 days.

STEP 2.

MOBILISE

By using trigger point and advanced mobilisation techniques you will be able to rediscover lost range and function.

STEP 3.

STABILISE

We teach the body how to move again by adding stability through range of motion

STEP 4.

INTEGRATION

We use the fundamental movement skills of push, pull, hinge, squat and loaded carry, the best thing is that you pick the exercises that work for you.
