This is for busy professionals, parents, military veterans or anyone who wants to take charge of their health and fitness after sacrificing it for their career or family. This is a holistic online personal training experience that covers mindset, nutrition, mobility, strength and performance.

Typically we see people noticing results from week 1 mentally. The structure of the program dials in on intrinsic motivation based on the goals. Physical results are usually seen from week 3 onwards as we get into more advanced training and your hard work starts to pay off.

It’s 100% based on your own journey. You pick your goal and through habit shaping psychology we take you on a journey of self discovery. You select the equipment you want to use, the habits you want to establish and we support and guide you every step of the way.

If you’re not ready to make the jump, this is NOT for you. We pull apart many aspects of your life in order for you to eliminate those self destructive habits for good.

We do a full assessment during the intake process to evaluate your suitability. We then provide the information that is specific to your situation. If any serious issues are found we refer you to adequately qualified professionals free of charge.

If you follow the plan completely and don’t get results we will refund 100% of the program cost.

The first stage is booking your 30min consultation where we talk about your goals, previous history, injuries and what you would like to achieve. The next stage is the quiz, it’s a quick 10 question quiz to assess your suitability.
