STEP 1.

DATA

We work with you to gather the data about the current environment, pain points and the features your employees want to see. For pilot programs, we dial in on the biggest pain point you face and work together to solve it.

DESIGN

Once we have the data we design a bespoke and unique corporate wellness solution for your team or company. Focusing on the biggest pain point we deliver a project plan and timelines that works with your operational tempo.

STEP 3.

DEVELOP

Once the project plan is locked in we develop the ideal framework, content and delivery model in a scalable manner that can reach any employee in your environment. No one gets left behind.

STEP 4.

DEPLOY

Deploying the program happens in two stages. We release a test environment to select users or “champions” this helps drive adoption and iron out any problems we find. We then release it to the rest of the organisation.

Price is dependant on services engaged. We run pilot programs focusing on a single issue before we lock clients into long term contracts to ensure we can help move the needle in your environment

Initial programs last for 10 weeks. This allows your team to have a fully immersive journey so we can effectively gauge adoption and success. 

Detailed screening, surveys and assessments are provided as part of the package. Any staff member that flags as a possible risk is given information and contacts to help their situations. All programs are voluntary and do not have to be participated in.

Yes. We only keep data related to trends and success to support our program development. There is no personally identifiable information kept with out the expressed consent of the company or employee.

Company data and specific project  details will not be shared without consent.
